 advice needed for pinda thailam/oil uses Hi. Xossip. anyone here know the use of pinda thailam as beauty product.? Can I apply it on face and body before bath? Any other advice regarding the application too is helpful.

Have used experience in pinda thailam or pinda oil.?

i have used it,, its good for all nerve toils and muscle scars..
apply the oil before going to bed and wash it with warm water the next day.. or apply 15 minutes before bath and wash off with hot water.. repeat for 10 days for best results thought pain will subsidence in 3 days..
